Leadership training is worth paying for, not because of the outcomes that you’ll get from the training.
Leadership training is worth paying for, not because of the time that it will take to implement the insights from the training.
Leadership training is worth paying for, not because it will put a “band-aid” on the problems you are experiencing in your organization.
Leadership training is worth paying for because without the learning, the space to implement the learning, and the support to fail in trying new ideas—real changes won’t happen.
And while in the short term, your organization may “win” today in revenues, marketing goodwill, or in customer retention, in the long-term, as the external culture shifts around your organization, your organization will “lose.”
Which may mean that all the money for band-aid training that your organization paid for, might have been better spent somewhere else.
